While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were

My parents, friends, and professors. My parents, Kari and Bob Chesney, supported me throughout my time at Saint Mary's, encouraging me to actively participate in the community. My friends (especially from the PRIDE club community) made my college journey fun, exciting, and full of laughter. I enjoyed learning and growing with you all!

My favorite SMC memory is

The time in Gothic Literature when (during a preview day when high school students were observing) we entered a discussion about "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde, in which we got into a discussion concerning whether or not Dorian Gray was a top or a bottom, bringing up textual evidence of course. We came to the consensus that he is a bottom, while the visitors looked on with confusion.

I'm looking forward to most

I'm looking forward to getting a job, returning to the Bay Area, seeing my friends in person, saving money, panicking profusely, and eventually going to grad school.
